Vision and Approach
Our vision is to create a musical community where students can discover their passion for music. We aim to nurture talent, inspire creativity, and foster a love for music in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
At Kooky Koala Music Academy, we believe in a hands-on, relaxed approach to teaching music. Our philosophy focuses on learning through fun, creativity and maintaining a supportive learning environment to help students thrive and reach their full musical potential.
We believe that learning music at a young age should be fun and interesting, making sure they carry that love of learning music into their later years.
Becky has 20 years of teaching experience, starting from a few private pupils at university, teaching part time in schools in the UK to teaching hundreds of students a week in Australia. She has designed piano, guitar, ukulele and drums curriculum aimed specifically at primary school students that is currently used by thousands of Australian students weekly.
